Intimate Dialogues
I extracted scent elements from my interviewees and created dynamically-patterned flip books with associated images and embedded scents. Once the booklets were printed and bound, I gave them back to my interviewees to engage with and received their responses to the experience. We discussed memory, smell, and cross-sensory fusion.
